High Margo and Dale. I am taking AutoCAD this term at Portland Community College and am being challenged to draw something from your Geometric Design page 61. I hope I can do it. Sandy

Hi Dale, Long time no see. Came across your website while looking for a book on "Dice Games". I am now in my 28th year here at Hartnell College (soon to retire) and you would be very proud of our Math Academy. Would love to get in touch with you. .......Ken

Hi, Margo & Dale! Just stumbled across your page and am delighted to get to see your home and all the amazing math sculptures. Hope this email finds both of you well. I am thoroughly enjoying retirement and doing as much traveling as possible. My youngest granddaughters are going with me to Sweden this summer, and I'm really looking forward to that trip. Do you attend NCTM any more? I was sorely tempted to travel to New Orleans this April but am still wavering. Your name will always be legend here in East Tennessee - thanks for all the experiences you have provided for ALL teachers, and especially (selfishly, perhaps) for me. Hope to run across you guys again sometime in the near future! Sherry

The Premium for insuring a 1977 Lance Airplane is $0.0083 per day per dollar of coverage plus a flat rate of $1.25 per day for liability. Determine the total monthly premium for $67,400 of coverage. Assume a 31-day month. Work Done The answer in the Dale Seymour Workbook is $210.04 for the total monthly premium. I calculated $0.0083/day/dollar * 31 days * $67,400 + $1.25/day * 31 days = $17,380.77 What am I missing?

I've just spent 3 hours searching the web for the Dale Seymour Piece of Pi poster like the one we've had along our dining room ceiling for many (many) years. And, bonus! I stumble upon this wonderful site with amazing art. Thanks for letting us into your world. I'm an artist with a particular appreciation of geometric art, and you've certainly inspired me. And, now I know where to find the Pi poster. It contributed to a lot of happy times at the table discussing and memorizing Pi. I'm quite sure it played a role in one of my daughter's path to entering the math master's program. Another son is buying a copy of the poster for his siblings as this year's Christmas present. Maybe they'll let me take it down now that they'll have their own. Thanks!

Hi Dale and Margo. I just found your site here when talking to my daughter about my misspent youth and looking for pictures of your house to show her. You may not recall, but I helped Martin and Larry build it back in the early 80s; a great experience for me. Now my kid's applying to Stanford so I might get an updated look in the near future--I remember when I first saw it (hired through Manpower to help build the concrete forms) it was a big hole in the ground!

It's delightful you were able to keep all the trees and end up with such a great place.

Aloha. Doug is my landlord here in hawaii and I read with great interest your history of Creative Products! I feel like its the 60's and I've just stumbled on a secret way to teach folks to play ukulele. Would you be so kind to spare me a few minutes to review my 12 page book? Mahalo, Dennis Ps the house is the best!
